Please allow time for us to process your order, we purchase these products in bulk for our own use, and package them ourselves specific to your order. Orders received before 5pm on a Monday, will be packed and shipped Tuesday. Orders received before 5pm on a Thursday, will be packed and shipped on a Friday. 

*If a public holiday falls on the scheduled shipping day, the order will be sent the following business day.

Update 16/06/2025 – Unfortunately our primary supplier has run out of Walnut Shell 14/30 (Fine). We can still obtain 12/20 (Medium) as a substitute. This is approximately 0.85-1.7mm as opposed to the 0.56-1.4mm that 14/30 offers. Please email me if you would like to place an order for the Medium grade.

Garnet 30/60 and Glass Bead are kept in stock and available now. Other products are subject to availability and we may need to purchase bulk amounts to fulfill your order. If you have not received a shipping notification within one week of placing your order, please get in touch. If we are aware of any significant delays to your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
