Please allow time for us to process your order, we purchase these products in bulk for our own use, and package them ourselves specific to your order. Orders received before 5pm on a Monday, will be packed and shipped Tuesday. Orders received before 5pm on a Thursday, will be packed and shipped on a Friday. 

*If a public holiday falls on the scheduled shipping day, the order will be sent the following business day.

Garnet 30/60 and Walnut Shell are kept in stock and available at all times. Other products are subject to availability and we may need to purchase bulk amounts to fulfill your order. If you have not received a shipping notification within one week of placing your order, please get in touch. If we are aware of any significant delays to your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

If there is another product you are after and we do not have it listed on our site, please contact us as it is likely we will be able to get it in for you.
